Get the best performance

To get the best performance on your Windows PC during a web demo download the free Glance viewer (350k) and use Microsoft's Internet Explorer. The viewer connects instantly and paints updates as fast as they arrive. On Macs, we recommend Apple's Safari browser.

Will my system work with your demo?

You can view a demo session from nearly any Microsoft Windows™, Mac™ or Linux computer, often without special software. For the fastest performance on a Windows PC, get the free viewer (350k).

Can I view a demo from behind a firewall or HTTP proxy server?

In most cases, yes. When you start a session, we attempt to connect to the demo host servers using TCP/IP to destination port 5500. If we cannot connect to this port, we attempt to "tunnel" through the firewall via HTTP to destination port 80.

We automatically choose the best of several web browser technologies to help you connect to demo sessions. You can connect to destination port 5500 or tunnel HTTP to destination port 80.
